At JV Dance Fitness
we tailor sessions to suit each individuals level. Making our lessons easy and fun to follow. Each student is encouraged to participate and practice dance techniques to push them to the next level.
Body conditioning
is an important part of the warm-up. Hip hop and breakdancing exerts the body to define the limits so it is essential that students have the physical ability to perform the moves, techniques and freezes.
The classes
have a unique design of body conditioning, learning techniques and dance battles. At the end of the year we aim to carry out a performance to showcase the students' learning.
Dance battles
encourage the students to develop their own choreography in a fun and supportive environment giving them confidence to perform in front of their peers.
Perfect for body core & muscle control, body awareness & balance, coordination & achieving fitness in a healthy fun environment, leading to a future lifestyle of wellness.
ALL CLASSES HAVE THEIR OWN UNIQUE QUALITIES IN DEVELOPING ONES SKILL, STYLE, POWER, FITNESS, STAMINA, CORE CONTROL ALONG WITH MANY MORE HEALTH ATTRIBUTES.
