Our classes focus on giving you a HIIT style workout while incorporating elements of yoga and Pilates in warm-up and cool-down to make sure that you’re properly equipped to take on our classes.

I trained with Javan consistently almost every day throughout the mandatory lock down.

As somebody who has always been into fitness and exercise, Javan’s way of teaching and coaching are second to none!

He made sure each class was interesting, is a fantastic motivator, and at the same time managed to improve me as an all-round athlete even without the possibility of being able to train outside or in person.

His teaching style is so much fun, but he pushes you past limits you didn’t even know you had and you definitely see an improvement.

The only thing I wish is that I had been training with him for years instead of months!

An excellent teacher, coach and dancer, it is clear that with his incredible pool of knowledge on different dancing techniques, there is no one better to do dance fitness with!
