Our Style

Each class has a unique program drawn up with the focus being a full body warm up followed by a HIIT body conditioning workout. We move onto learn a few popular dance moves, some tricks, a dance routine and end off with a fantastic stretch and cool-down section.

Cardio Burn

This unique style is designed to  increase your cardiovascular health, tone your body and improve your health physically and mentally.

This section is perfect for anyone wanting to burn off some energy and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Building on your body core and muscle control, body awareness, coordination, achieving fitness in a healthy fun environment, leading to a future lifestyle of wellness.    Give it a try and enjoy the rest of the day knowing you've had a fantastic workout.

HIIT Style

This section is an energising workout that pushes you to improve your fitness leaving you feeling alive and healthy. Using elements of dance and HIIT training we use simple movements to help tone, shape and strengthen your body. The cardio element of the class pushes fat burning systems into high gear. 

Dancing

Learn how to burn the floor, tone, shape and strengthen the body, mind and spirit.
Learning the basics to popular dance steps - making fitness fun! Classes are tailored to suit all levels with a fun energetic pace.
Strengthening - coordination, movement, body awareness and muscle control are few benefits from adding our dance style to your fitness goals.

Stretch & cool down

With years of experience in stretch classes we add this vital fantastic stretch and cool down section to end off our sessions, looking after ourselves with

a flexible style.

Perfect for body core & muscle control, body awareness & balance, coordination & achieving fitness in a healthy fun environment, leading to a future lifestyle of wellness.
