Our break-dance fitness classes are divided up into three separate  unique lessons. Each focused on specific elements of break-dancing.

Classes for children & teens

08:30-09.25 beginners we focus on top rocks, freezes & choreography.

Session 1 & 2: Indoors

17.00-17:50 beginners we focus on both unique lessons brought together into one class.

A great way for kids & teens to to get moving & coordinated.

09:30-10:25 beginners we focus on choreography & practice our techniques with epic fun filled energetic dance routines.

Each class has a unique program drawn up with the focus being a HIT warm up session followed by a fitness flow routine with a fantastic stretch cool-down section.

Cardio Burn

This unique session is designed to  increase in your cardiovascular health, tone your body and improve your health physically and mentally.

This class is perfect for anyone wanting to burn off some energy and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Building on your body core and muscle control, body awareness, coordination, achieving fitness in a healthy fun environment, leading to a future lifestyle of wellness.    Give it a try and enjoy the rest of the day knowing you've had a fantastic workout.

HIIT Style

This class is an energising workout that pushes you to improve your fitness leaving you feeling alive and healthy. Using elements of dance and HIIT training we use simple movements to help tone, shape and strengthen your body. The cardio element of the class pushes fat burning systems into high gear. 

Evening wind down

This class has unique program to help you unwind after your day.  There is a fantastic warm-up routine followed by a motivating HIIT style fitness flow routine which improves muscle conditioning and toning. The cardio element burns fat and helps you forget about the stresses of the day.  The class finishes with a brilliant stretch cool-down section.  Feel the stress of the day leave your body and a release in those muscles that so often are tense ensuring you can enjoy your evening ahead and sleep well.  You will benefit from a wonderfully motivating and approachable instructor. Morning wake up

A brilliant way to start the day with this energising workout.  This wake up challenge uses elements of HIIT training to push the body working on strength, core control, toning and flexibility. The cardio element wakes up the body, burning fat and empowering you for the day ahead.  A brilliant workout leaving you feeling more alive and motivated to tackle the day ahead.
